This adorable, sturdy birdhouse is unfinished and made from repurposed lumber. The birdhouse is made with a moveable door on the bottom for easy access to clean out old nest at the end of the season and be ready for the next.
The door is fastened with two 1” fixed pinned hinges and a 1” hook and eye for secured closure. There is a screw eye on the top for easy hanging installation.
Outer dimensions are 5 ¼” wide x 7 ¾” tall (front) and 10” tall (back) x 4 5/8” deep.
Inner dimensions are 4” wide x 6 7/8” tall x 3 3/8” deep.
Purposely left unfinished so you can decorate to your liking. We strongly recommend coating with Rustoleum 2X Clear Coat or some other type of sealant after you decorate to extended the life of the birdhouse.
