Handmade Mohair Teddy Bear - Clint - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - 9"

Handmade 9" mohair bear, fully jointed.

Clint, my take on a Clint Eastwood type bear, is made with Schulte mohair from Edinburgh Imports, and was made in 1998 when I used to do collectible teddy bear craft shows as Char's Bears, before the price of materials and expense of the craft shows caused me to stop doing the shows. Unfortunately, Clint and many other bears have been in hibernation in a Rubbermaid tote in my closet, anxiously awaiting the opportunity to come out again.

He is 100% handmade and an original design. Made with hardwood discs and washers, the arms, legs and head are connected with bolts and screws to allow mobility, providing movement to pose and play with. Clint is made with a silvery white mohair tipped with gray, and wears a flannel poncho with fringe. Clint's name is printed on his left foot pad. His eyes are glass and secured with a heavy duty wax coated thread, and he is stuffed with a polyester filling. He can stand, sit or pose anyway you choose.

Clint is a one-of-a-kind bear and waiting to find a suitable home. He'd make a great gift for any child, mother-to-be, or anyone who loves bears.
